• Shipping: free shipping to worldwide with FedEx or DHL. 
  • Packing: Items will be packed in wooden crate, sturdy and safe. All artworks ship directly from our studio to you.
  • Delivery: It takes 2 business days for packing and 5-7 business days for delivery. Generally speaking, you will receive your order in around 10 business days if shipping goes smoothly.
  • Taxes: custom duties and sales tax are included.
  • Insurance: each shipment will be insured.
  • Customs clearance is taken care of at our end.

We will handle most everything, so customers don't have to do much before receiving their package.

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition. The client pays for return shipping; we pay for customs duties for importing to China. 

To save on shipping costs, we accept unwrapping the canvas off the wooden stretcher bars and shipping it back in a plastic tube. Contact us at hi@redunicornart.com for further informations.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Normally, damages will not occur due to the secured packing. However inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PayPal is currently our sole payment method. However, you can pay with or without a PayPal account.

  • If you have a PayPal account, simply click the PayPal icon for faster checkout.
  • If you don't have a PayPal account, fill out your shipping address on our site. Then, click 'Pay with PayPal'. You will be redirected to PayPal, where you can choose 'Pay with Credit or Debit Card'.

We recommend keeping your painting away from direct sunlight and humidity. Regular dusting with a soft dry cloth is sufficient for maintenance.

We use high-quality acrylic paints and linen canvas for our artworks.
